It is rare for me to write a letter of commendation but I’m doing this purely because I believe that when exceptional work has been done, it should be recognised !  Furthermore, I’m so very grateful.  Therefore, I am writing this testimonial about the excellent property I have recently purchased from Acentria.

For many months I inspected numerous properties, new and old, and I found that they were either poorly built or poorly designed, too small or were just too expensive for the poor quality.  The level of finishing, even in new properties, was poor.  I was really surprised and disappointed.

As soon as I walked into this property, I was immediately delighted.   It has the right mix of everything – clever and practical design, ample use of natural light, nice colours, spacious rooms and storage, quality inclusions and a pleasantly landscaped courtyard.

In addition, during the whole process, I was kept informed and even after settlement; I was given friendly and helpful assistance.  Best of all, the team were very accommodating with the small issues that needed to be fixed after I had moved in and any minor repairs were organised immediately.

One of the most assuring provisions of service with this exceptional company is that I know if there is ever an issue, I will be looked after.  This is incredibly reassuring for me.

I have had the pleasure of purchasing an investment property in the development located in Bath Street, Thirroul.

During my search for a unit, I inspected literally hundreds of potential residences and found that most units on the market at the time were unrenovated or poorly renovated by amateurs. Due to my work commitments, I didn’t have time to organise work and needed to be secure in knowing that the product I was buying was of a high standard and refurbished to a professional standard.

As soon as I walked in to the property I ended up buying into, I was so impressed by the attention to detail that these developers had shown. All aspects of the dwelling were presented immaculately with absolutely nothing needing to be done. Every ounce of workmanship was of the highest  standard. The whole process was made very simple and the developer took the time to listen to my needs and address any issues that arose.

Following settlement, a few minor issues were discovered and I contacted the developer who immediately sent around the relevant tradesman to rectify the problem. I am very impressed with the level of service that I received from this organisation.
